Count down from ten. Punch a punching bag. Pound your feet on the floor. Everyone gets angry sometimes, and everyone has different ways of dealing with anger. It is OK to get mad. Anger is a normal, healthy, human emotion.
It is not alright to let your anger run wild. Some people have trouble controlling their anger and this can lead to many problems. This site was created to inform people about anger and to give tips on how to help control this emotion.

We are elementary education majors at Northern Michigan University. We have created this website as an assignment for our special education class. We decided on this topic after seeing several students during our observations who seemed to have anger management problems.
